专利说明:

The present invention relates to a push rod according to the preamble of the independent claim.
Background of the invention Shooting caps and other types of stands for a rifle are known from, for example, DE9406192. The document describes a foot part in the form of a tripod with a stay arranged on the tripod. On the rod there is a receiving device where a rifle can whiten when a hunter is used while hunting. The sliding support can be loaded in a selected ldge and is when the load is completely rigid. This meant that if the hunter hurriedly put the weapon on the stand, the weapon would hit one, which is inappropriate. If the position of the firing bar needs to be changed, the requirement for this one laser is loosened and the position of the firing bar is changed, which is time-consuming and time-consuming.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a push rod which is more flexible than a push rod according to land technology.
These and other purposes are achieved by a push rod according to the marking parts of the independent claim.
Summary of the invention The invention relates to a push post which comprises a foot part 1 and an elongate cap 2 with a bar element 9 which can receive a weapon. The head 2 and the foot part 1 can be connected to each other with a fastening device 11, where the fastening device 11 comprises a resilient part 14 as resilient straps to guide the jacket against a resting layer. This has the advantage that if the mantle is relaxed, it does not fall without returning to the resting dough, which is typically vertically low. It also has the advantage that the jacket has a resilient effect on load changes, so that shocks from above are steamed.
In one embodiment, the fixed device 11 is enclosed in a receiving cavity 3 which allows the casing 2 to be maximally angled from the resting layer until the inner cradle of the receiving cavity 3 is enclosed by the fixed device 11 or the casing 2.
In a further embodiment, the fastening device 11 comprises a laser element 12 which can be opened so that the sheath 2 can be detached from the foot part I. The sheath is designed to be used separately as a sliding sheath or stay for hiking.
The invention furthermore relates to such a sliding support where the sheath 2 can be extendable to a selectable foot part 1 may comprise a set of legs 7a-c, where at least one leg 7c can be extendable to a selectable length.
Brief description of the figures Fig. 1 shows the pushing post standing on a flat surface Fig. 2 shows the pushing post standing in a staircase Fig. 3 shows the push-up with the folded cap Fig. 4 shows the push post with the extended cap Fig. 5 shows the lowering of the cap with a fixed device for the cape Fig. 6 shows the lowering of the casing, the fastening device for the casing and the tripod of the sliding rod. Fig. 1 shows the pushing post standing on a flat surface. The sliding support comprises two separate parts that can be joined to one unit. The two parts are a tripod 1 and a sheath 2. The tripod 1 consists of a three-legged standing element, where the three legs extend from a central nay 3. The sheath can be pushed into the hub 3 from above and fastened there as illustrated in the figure, but the cap can also be detached from the tripod and used separately. Separately, the cape can be used as a stay that provides sffid when walking or skiing, but it can also be used as a sliding cape.
The cloak carried a handle in its upper spirit that helps when the rod is to be gripped. The handle provides better grip when the sheath is used as a separate ski pole or walking stick, but also provides an improved grip, which is advantageous when the sheath is used separately as a sliding sheath or as part of the push rod with the sheath mounted on the tripod. In the handle there is a strap connected which forms an ogla. The cape carried in its lowering a round trough 5 which is only effective when the cape is used separately as a ski pole, as a walking stick when walking in a silo or when used as a sliding cape in snO. The trugan acts as a snooker guard that prevents the coat from sinking ale & deep into the snooper.
The three legs of the tripod can be angled relative to the hub, so that the tripod can be folded for storage or transport with the legs folded in so that they run almost parallel to each other and the tripod then takes up as little space as possible. The legs can also be palletized out of this position in the manner shown in the figure and they then protrude, seen from above, outwards from the hub at a 120 degree angle between adjacent legs. Seen from the side, the legs are angled out at an angle of approximately 45 degrees from the vertical direction. With the tripod's legs folded out in this position, the tripod provides good standing for the cloak and a rifle resting on the cloak's Overande.
Fig. 2 shows the push rod standing in a staircase 6. One of the legs 7c on the tripod of the push rod is telescopically extendable, while the other two legs 7a-b are not. In order for the tripod to be arranged with the sheath almost vertically, the telescopically extendable leg 7c has been extended to the desired length.
Fig. 3 shows the push rod with the collapsed sheath 2 and the legs of the tripod arranged so that the sheath protrudes vertically if the push rod stands on a flat surface. In the figure, the sheath is angled so that a fork 9 which is intended to receive a rifle is clearly illustrated on the top of the sheath. The fork forms a cross-section in a U- or V-shaped detail where the donkey can rest without risking slipping out of the fork.
Fig. 4 shows the push rod with the jacket 2 telescopically extended. The jacket consists of three rudder portions arranged in each other, where the two upper rudder portions in their lower ends are provided with telescopes 10a-b which laser together the rudder portions in each other in the desired position. In the figure, the cape is pulled out to the maximum, but it can be loaded in other degrees of extraction, depending on how long the cape or how high the push rod is needed. If the cape is used separately from the tripod as a ski pole, the cape must be pulled out to fit a normal-length user. If the cape is used as a separate firing cape or as part of the firing stand, fixed in the tripod, different degrees of extension can be appropriate depending on how the shooter stands, sits or lies during the hunt.
Fig. 5 shows the lowering of the sheath 2 with a fastening device 11 for the sheath which in use is arranged in the nay of the tripod, but has been illustrated separately to facilitate understanding of the construction. The fastening device 11 comprises an upper rudder part 13 which in sieve inner can receive the lower end of the jacket. The rudder part 13 has in its upper part a cooling device 12 which can grip the jacket and hold it in place.
The rudder part is fixed in its lower spirit in a rubber buffer 14 which consists of a cylindrical rubber part. Extending from the underside of the rubber buffer is a folded element which is fixed in the rubber buffer. The rudder part 13 and the threaded element 15 are connected to each other only with the rubber buffer, which means that they can be angled relative to each other because the rubber buffer is elastic. If the weapon is placed in the fork, the rubber buffer also picks up the impact in the vertical direction that arises, which reduces the risk of the weapon being damaged if it is quickly thrown on the fork, which can occur if the weapon suddenly needs to be placed on the push rod.
Fig. 6 shows the lowering of the casing 2, the fastening device 11 the diligent casing and part of the tripod 1 of the sliding rod. The figure illustrates more clearly how the nay 3 of the tripod comprises a cylindrical rudder part with a flat bottom plate. The hub can receive the fastening device 11 for the casing in the inner sieve and in use the threaded element 15 on the fastening device is screwed into the bottom plate.
Fig. 7 shows in cross section the upper part of the tripod of the sliding rod with the lower ends of the sheath in an upright position, so that it extends vertically upwards. The lower part of the jacket is inserted into the inner part of the rudder 13 of the fastening device 11 and fixedly loaded in this layer with the clamping device 12. The rubber buffer 14 of the fastening device 11 is fixed in the bottom of the hub 3 as it normally is in use. If a rifle is suddenly thrown at the push rod, the rubber buffer weakens and softens the shock.
Fig. 8 shows in cross section the upper part of the push rod with the lower ends of the casing in inclined position, i.e. the casing has been forced from vertical position by the user in order to optimize the position of the rifle in the desired manner. If the user stops forcing the sheath from vertical emptying, the rubber buffer 14 causes the sheath to return spontaneously to a vertical bearing.
The described embodiment can be varied in many ways and a couple of examples are described below. In the described embodiment, only one of the legs is extendable, but one can of course imagine variants where two or all legs are telescopically extendable. Behind the legs of the tripod and the cap are telescopically extendable, but they can of course be designed in other ways so that they are still extendable. You can think of variants where the coat or the legs of the tripod are not required but have a fixed length, but it is especially advantageous to have them required. Obviously, the foot part of the push rod, which has been decided as a tripod, does not necessarily have exactly three legs but it can have more than four legs or be designed completely without legs, as long as it acts as a foot that prevents the device from spontaneously falling over. . The support element for the warp as hdr described as a cross-section u- or v-shaped fork can be understood to be differently designed and can for example be completely flat with a flake type of rubber coating which makes the warp lie firmly by its own weight. The device is referred to in the claim as a push rod, but since the push rod in the described embodiment can be taken ice and the cap can also be used as a ski or walking stick, the term also has such use. Obviously, the push rod does not necessarily have to be detachable and although such variants are included in the concept of the invention, although the detachability is a significant
